Our Goal

To provide high-quality service and cutting-edge treatment to children with Autism and their families. We understand that choosing a provider is a big decision that will have a long-lasting impact on your child’s well-being. We believe that our firm commitment to excellence will be apparent as we start working together. To begin, we want to share some of the facts that set us apart.

What We Do

We specialize in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a tool to teach skills based on decades of research in child development. We use the Skills for Autism® curriculum developed by the Center for Autism and Related Disorders’ (CARD). Our journey together will start with:

1. A Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) doing a thorough assessment of your child’s needs.
2. The assessment is the platform to develop a customized treatment plan appropriate for your child.
3. We will assign a Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to implement one-on-one therapy to your child.

Parents have access to the curriculum and progress reports always. This unlimited access facilitates goal alignment, communication, and collaboration.

What is ABA

ABA Therapy is a set of techniques recognized as an evidence-based treatment for Autism. The US Surgeon General and by the American Psychological Association endorse this therapy. Also referred to as the Lovaas Method, named after renowned autism expert Dr. Ivar Lovaas, ABA produces a positive and sustainable change in a child’s life. ABA applies the principles of learning to develop new skills and behaviors. By analyzing a child’s environment, ABA identifies the causes of behavior as:

• Antecedents, before and
• Consequences, after a behavior occurs

Through a change of the causes of behavior, ABA interventions improve the child’s overall functioning. Discrete trial learning and natural environment teaching are two ABA methods creating best clinical outcomes.

Autism Speaks created an excellent guide for parents providing a comprehensive explanation of ABA.
