We offer ABA careers at different levels such as Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®), and Board Certified Analyst® (BCBA®). Core skills to succeed are:

BCBA

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a graduate-level certification. Professionals who are certified at this ABA job level are autonomous practitioners providing behavior-analytic services. BCBAs supervise the work of BCaBAs, RBTs, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.

BCaBA

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is an undergraduate-level certification. Professionals who are certified at this ABA job level work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). However, BCaBAs can supervise the work of RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.

RBT

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.  At this ABA job level, the RBT is primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behavior reduction.
