Christoph Ronacher is the founder of Autism Specialty Group. His vision is to create an organization that provides a supportive workplace for clinicians and state-of-the-art treatments to positively affect children’s lives. He has extensive research as well as a clinical background in Psychology and has dedicated himself to improving the lives of children with Autism for more than a decade. Christoph is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree in Psychology and a doctoral candidacy in Developmental Child Psychology. Furthermore, he graduated from Penn State with a master’s degree in Business Administration with the intent of efficiently growing his organization to reach as many families as possible.

Raquel Ronacher joined the healthcare industry two years ago with the purpose of bringing reliable customer service and managerial background to the growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with Autism. She believes customer service is pivotal when helping families navigate the journey of finding the best care for their children. Her twenty years of management experience are the foundation for understanding employee and customer needs, resulting in excellent matches between clinicians and families. Raquel’s education started at the University of Florida where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Subsequently, she specialized in accounting at the University of Miami, graduating with a master’s degree.

Maria Jose Ramiro’s background in healthcare started as the Managing Director of a physical rehabilitation center in Valencia, Venezuela. Trained in Physical Therapy and Structural Osteopathy, she operated a center which was the primary referral outlet for the most significant local hospital. After moving to the United States, she pursued her interest in health care by working in the administrative area of services for individuals with disabilities. Maria Jose’s empathetic and diligent nature bolster operational excellence by focusing on clients’ needs, keeping employees empowered and continually improving logistics. She is an excellent asset to Autism Specialty Group and is, in her own words, “Proud to belong to a team where I can continue to grow as a person and professional.”

Elena Hayes has a long-standing passion for facilitating learning in children. This drive led her to pursue a degree in education and work in this field for several years. While working as a teacher in her native Argentina, Elena became aware of the immensely positive impact an educator can have in a child’s life. After moving to Miami, she worked in the hospitality industry where she fell in love with customer service. Elena excelled in this line of work, always exceeding clients’ expectations. When she decided to work again with children, it was only natural to manage customer relations. Elena’s mission is to raise the bar for customer service in the field of health care for children with Autism.

Nicholas Falcone specializes in teaching language and communication, social interaction, and adaptive living skills to children with Autism. He is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who has provided ABA Therapy to children and families with special needs in South Florida for the past six years. Nicholas feels strongly about enriching the lives of children and families through pragmatic solutions to behavior problems and empowering families with the tools to help their children reach independence. Nicholas is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Special Education to help bridge the gap between the classroom and community services.
