Recruiting

We value that you are placing your child’s safety and treatment in our hands. We do extensive reference checks, and all staff is required to pass a Level 2 Screening. The criminal background check is done both with federal and local enforcement agencies.  We are very selective when hiring personnel. Only 2% of applicants to our company have received an offer. Also, we ensure they have the necessary experience, education, and credentials. Last, we look at attitudes and competencies critical to success in our organization. This approach to hiring translates into caring and engaging professionals working with your child.

Training

Our goal and promise to families and their children are to provide state-of-the-art treatment. To honor this commitment, one of the initiatives we have taken is to partner with Behavior University. This institution offers quality education on ABA and evidence-based practices for Autism Spectrum Disorders. Every month our staff participates in training covering a wide range of topics relevant to their work. We complement external training with continuous in-house training. Our BCBAs and BCaBAs are true mentors to our therapists. They go beyond developing detailed clinical protocols by holding themselves accountable for patient outcomes. While some supervisors limit explanations to procedures (How’s), we are aware that explaining the rationale behind recommendations (Why’s) leads to better results.

Clinical Curriculum

We have taken the initiative to use the Skills for Autism ® curriculum to provide cutting-edge treatment. The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) developed this curriculum based on the research at UCLA by renowned autism expert Dr. Ivar Lovaas and Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh. By integrating over 30 years of autism research, this curriculum delivers customized treatment plans using developmental milestones. Skills for Autism ® supports a mobile application that enables real-time data collection. Families and providers have access to the curriculum and can easily track progress. Since this platform requires resource allocation and management, only a select few can implement it. We are proud to be the first and one of two providers in Florida offering this state-of-the-art curriculum.

Locations

We provide 1-on-1 ABA Therapy at home, school and community settings anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade, and West Palm Beach Counties. You may not live near us, but we are not far away. We are thrilled to offer online supervision and guidance of your ABA Therapist wherever you reside. If you speak English or Spanish, we can help! For schools willing to partner with us, we can facilitate the implementation of techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and transfer learned skills. We can also help with Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings and collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and other specialists that treat your child.
